Special counsel appointed to review criminal allegations against Mayor Andrew Ginther

Whitehall City Attorney Brad Nicodemus will review a criminal complaint against Ginther filed by his political opponent Joe Motil. Ginther allegedly pressured a Franklin County judge during an ongoing lawsuit to close a troubled bus station.
