Spain court finds Swedish firm not liable for disaster costs

Madrid (AFP) July 28, 2023 - A Spanish court ruled Friday that Swedish mining company Boliden is not liable for clean-up costs over a 1998 toxic spill in southern Spain, one of the country's worst ecological disasters.
