The recent bold step by the Southern Governors’ Forum has received so much accolades and welcome by the majority of Nigeria’s southern populations. To tell you how long this leadership initiative was being awaited, there are a few in the South-West who believe that all hope is lost and a disintegration of Nigeria is inevitable as a result of the clear failure of the Federal Government in its primary assignment to deliver security services to all Nigerians as well as the clash of civilisations that is masked in the Boko Haram war.
