On September 9, the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway jointly built by China and Indonesia was put into operation. The fastest travel time between the two places was compressed from 7.9 hours to 7 minutes. Commercial operation will begin in early October, when the number of passenger trains will be determined according to market demand to meet the travel needs of people along the line. Each EMU is composed of 8 cars, equipped with VIP, first-class and second-class seats, with a total capacity of 601 people.
