Southeast Asia and the War Against Terrorism

To win the war on terror, Washington must focus on weakeninginternational terrorist networks by cutting off their sources offunding. It should also help strengthen the ability of regionalgovernments to suppress terrorists by encouraging increasedregional cooperation in intelligence-sharing and providing targetedfunds, training, and support as needed.
