SOUTHBURY — A 29-year-old has been arrested in connection with a shoplifting incident that led to a police pursuit earlier this year.
William A. McBride was arrested on a warrant Thursday for allegedly engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and second-degree reckless endangerment charges in connection with a Sept. 10 incident that started in the Southbury Plaza.
