South Whitehall commissioners narrowly approved a $115,000 COVID-19 relief program for township small businesses Wednesday night, after lengthy discussions rehashed at several meetings for months centered on one key question: Should the township use its own funds to help businesses, rather than federal coronavirus relief money?
