South Simcoe police honour slain officers Russell and Northrup with memorial 'Run to Remember'

In anticipation of the upcoming first anniversary of the tragic deaths of constables Morgan Russell and Devon Northrup, the South Simcoe Police Service paid tribute to their fallen heroes.
