South Phoenix Shooting: 911 dispatcher speaks out on February shooting that left multiple police officers hurt

The shooting, which happened on Feb. 11, left nine police officers hurt. Two people, the suspected gunman and a woman, were found dead. A 911 operator who was communicating with officers that fateful night is now speaking out about her experience.
