South Lake Tahoe city residents can return home after mandatory orders lifted, county must wait

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - Less than a week after being forced from their homes due to the encroaching Caldor Fire, some residents of South Lake Tahoe are able to return home as of 3:00 p.m. Sunday.
