South Dakota sheriff's deputy gets 25 years for sexual exploitation of minors

Fall River County Sheriff's Deputy Francis James Kistler was sentenced by a federal judge on Thursday, Feb. 17, to 25 years in prison for soliciting pornography from two minors. The charges stem from solicitations while Kistler was "largely on duty," court records say.
