Sotto orders release of detained Pharmally execs Dargani, Ong

Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto III issued the release orders for detained Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corp. executives Mohit Dargani and Linconn Ong, who spent months in Pasay City Jail after getting cited in contempt by the Senate.
