Sotera Health subsidiary Sterigenics to pay $408M to settle Illinois allegations

The Sterigenics unit of Broadview Heights-based Sotera Health is paying up to resolve more than 870 cases alleging that ethylene oxide from its Willowbrook, Illinois, facility in suburban Chicago caused cancer and other health issues.
