SOMERVILLE, TX â According to the Somerville Police Chief, officers executed a search warrant on Jan 15., at 413 Third Street at 4:30 A.M. that day.
Confiscating several items, the chief declined to comment on what was seized, citing the ongoing investigation.
One man was arrested, charged with five count felony delivery of a controlled substance/cannabis to a minor, one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of injury to a child, criminal neglect.
