Younger adults worry more than older adults, observes Dr. Joseph Casciani. These pandemic days, if not always, everyone has concerns about their health and well-being. Yet, Casciani asserts, because of their life experiences and the wisdom of their years, older adults are more at ease. They have accumulated life skills and instincts to help them cope with stress.
Casciani is a psychologist who advocates successful aging for seniors. During his 40-year career in San Diego, he has worked to help his patients manage setbacks and celebrate aging. Over time he has seen, and helped to promote, the benefits of growing older.
