Some border crossings beef up staffing for eclipse, warn travellers not to stop and snap pics

Tunnel and bridge linking Windsor and Detroit are adding more staff because of the eclipse. The Blue Water Bridge says it's 'strictly prohibited' to slow or stop your vehicle and try to snap a pic of the eclipse while approaching or on the crossing.
