The new 90-minute prime time special — titled “Trailblazers, Troublemakers and Dreams” — will include interviews with social justice leaders and agents of change, including actor Billy Porter, the first gay Black man to win a Primetime Emmy; legendary comedian and San Francisco native Margaret Cho, who paved the way for Asian Americans in Hollywood; and lawyer and activist Bryan Stevenson, founder and director of the Equal Justice Initiative, which has helped more than 100 wrongfully convicted people escape death row.
