NORWALK — An initiative to encourage the switch to solar-powered electricity is launching in Norwalk this week, coinciding with Earth Day.
The statewide initiative, the Solar For All Program, is a partnership between Connecticut Green Bank and PosiGen to bring solar energy to low-income communities, according to the program website.
A virtual seminar to educate Norwalkers on the program will take place over Zoom on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. to introduce the program and answer questions, according to a city statement.
