Social, Ott Platforms: Proposed rules will infringe on global principles

The United Nations Special Rapporteur for Freedom of Expression Irene Khan has written to the government stating that the proposed regulations on digital, social media and over-the-top (OTT) platforms will infringe on internationally recognised rules and principles.
