Snow emergencies declared in Gallia and Meigs Counties; Mason County Schools offering online instruction on Tuesday

GALLIPOLIS, Ohio (WV News) — Gallia County Sheriff Matt Champlin has issued a level two snow emergency for the county. Deputies say that roadways have become slick and snow covered.
