Snoop Dogg, Meagan Good & More Join Netflix's Vampire Pic Dayshift

According to Deadline, Grammy-nominated rapper Snoop Dogg (
Dolemite Is My Name), Meagan Good (
Shazam!), Karla Souza (
How to Get Away with Murder), and Scott Adkins (
Debt Collectors) has been cast to join Oscar winner Jamie Fox in Netflix’s upcoming vampire thriller film
Dayshift. In addition, Eric Lange and Zion Broadnax have also joined J.J. Perry’s feature directorial debut film. Further details about their characters are still being kept under wraps, but the film will center around a vampire hunter who is moonlighting as a pool cleaner during the day.
Day Shift centers around the story of a hard-working blue-collar dad who just wants to provide a good life for his quick-witted 8-year old daughter, but his mundane San Fernando Valley pool cleaning job is a front for his real source of income, hunting and killing vampires as part of an international union of vampire hunters.
