Small town Minnesota mayor dies, but his office still gets calls from residents who relied on him

In addition to being mayor of Wykoff, Minnesota, Alan Williams served as fire chief, on city council and school board and was a city maintenance worker. He coached football, softball and basketball to generations of students. The public servant died Dec. 13 at age 73 of complications of COVID-19.
