Small Entities Now Entitled To USPTO Discount

Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 contains Unleashing American Innovators Act of 2022, enacted December 29, 2022. Part of that law changed formula for calculating small and micro entity USPTO fee discounts. Small entities get 60% discount, micro entities get 80%.
