Slow start plagues Lincoln in loss to Missouri Western

It could not have been much worse of a start to Saturday’s contest for the Lincoln Blue Tigers.

Missouri Western scored on each of its eight first-half drives, blocked two punts and held Lincoln to seven first half points to take a 47-7 lead into the locker room before running away with a 68-14 victory at Dwight T. Reed Stadium.
