Slovenia: The value of purchased roundwood down 48% in October

Slovenia's roundwood purchased from private owners in October 2020 was worth Euro 2.8 million, which is about 16% less than in the previous month, as the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was lower by almost 9%, of pulpwood by about 15%, of wood fuel by about 74% and of other industrial roundwood by about 2%.
The value of roundwood purchased from private owners in October 2020 was about 48% lower than in October 2019. The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was lower by about 50%, of pulpwood by almost 26%, of wood fuel by about 75% and of other industrial roundwood by almost 65%.
