LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), March 5 (SeeNews) - Slovenian resort operator Terme Catez plans to sell tourism company Marina Portoroz to a Japanese investor, Ljubljana-based media reported on Friday.
The company will be sold to a Japanese multinational company for 16 million euro ($19.1 million), daily Primorske Novice said.
However, public broadcaster RTV quotes a report in daily Delo, according to which Marina Portoroz will be sold to a Japanese investment fund for up to 15 million euro.
The contract for the sale of Marina Portoroz does not include the land plot where the company intended to build a new spa resort, Primorske Novice reported.
