NEW DELHI — Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have laid stress on their efforts to focus on the people of Jammu and Kashmir develop as people in rest of the country did in the past 70 years, and for that they have committed themselves to a slew of development projects that give new hope to the people of Union Territory.
