Sleep physician Dr Peter Spencer charges at A Current Affair camera crew as he's confronted over death of his wife - after he sliced open her neck with a kitchen knife and PEN believing she was choking

A doctor who sliced his wife's neck open under the belief she was choking and waited three hours to call an ambulance has charged at a camera crew while they questioned him over her death.
