Company"), a leading global cannabis consumer packaged goods ("CPG") company with a diversified portfolio of popular brands, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Sam Brill and Ms. Felicia Snyder as independent directors on its Board of Directors. SLANG's Board of Directors is now comprised of nine directors, six of whom are independent.
