Slain Missouri ER doctor John Forsyth was expecting baby with new fiancée

Dr. John Forsyth, 49, had proposed to his nurse girlfriend, who is eight months pregnant with his child, just three days before he vanished in Missouri, only to turn up dead in a lake more than a week later.
