Skowhegan ceremony formally marks launch of construction on $75 million elementary school

A groundbreaking ceremony was held Thursday for the new Margaret Chase Smith Community School, which MSAD 54 administrators say will allow for greater continuity in education because students no longer will have to transition from one school to another every couple of years.
