GREAT FALLS â Ski slopes in north central Montana are, for the most part, pleased with the way the 2020-2021 ski season has gone.
Teton Pass Ski Area owner Charles Hlavac said the weather and COVID has led to not as many people coming out, but the slopes have still been busy at times.
Hlavac believes the season has been the most challenging ever for all ski areas across the state. âWe aren't able to have the lodge open to full capacity, or I'm not willing to open it to full capacity, therefore it presents a lot of new things and a lot of added friction. Folks are still coming up. We've had some of our busiest days,â Hlavac said.
