Authorities searching for a man who wanted in connection with a home invasion and assault in Merrimac, Massachusetts have released a composite sketch of the suspect.
Officials with the Essex District Attorney's Office say that Merrimac police responded to Hillside Avenue at about 11:10 p.m. Saturday for a report of a woman in distress.Sign up for our Newsletters
The woman told police that she was woken up by a man in her bedroom who was armed with a knife. She said the man then threatened her with the knife and repeatedly assaulted her.
