SJP partner firms combine forces in Midlands merger
‘We have come as far as we can with our current structure,’ says Shrewsbury advice business
Shrewsbury-based advice firm Nick Jones Wealth Planning has merged with east Midlands-based Throgmorton Associates Wealth Management.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The combined company will use Throgmorton’s moniker and will have operations in Shropshire and Leicestershire.
Nick Jones Wealth Planning, founded by Nick Jones in 2004, and Throgmorton Associates Wealth Management are both partner practices of St James’s Place.
