Six towns to EPA and GE: Use rail to transport PCB waste from the Rest of River cleanup

Leaders of Great Barrington, Lee, Lenox, Sheffield and Stockbridge — now joined by West Stockbridge — agree that public safety and health require rail rather than trucking as the primary transportation solution for the Rest of River cleanup of PCBs from the Housatonic.
