Six men convicted after revolver found in Forest Hill car

Six men have been convicted of firearms offences after a surveillance investigation led to armed officers discovering a revolver in Lewisham.
Police described the gun as an "incredibly dangerous weapon," found inside a car in Forest Hill, leading to the arrests of men from Lambeth, Lewisham and Orpington (full list below).
Woolwich Crown Court heard how the Met Police operation saw armed officers executed an armed stop on a blue Toyota Prius in the Lewisham area on July 4, 2019.
The male passenger, Reece White, was detained in Wood Vale, SE23, and and in his bag officers recovered a revolver. He was arrested for possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
