Excellence in Historic Building Rehabilitation
"When Dr. Ferguson's House became threatened with demolition, local preservationists Darren  and Lisa Tracy stepped in to rescue it. With careful planning and cooperation, the Tracys rehabilitated the 1870 National Register-listed building using Federal & State Historic Tax Credits for use as an apartment building, thereby saving an important community treasure."
