THE STRIP — CityCenter agreed to sell a two-acre plot to 63SLVB for around $80 million last week on the site of the former Harmon hotel, the structurally unsound building that was never finished and dismantled. The site next to the Shops at Crystals on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue will become a retail complex with restaurants. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2021. [KTNV]
