Frankie Deontae Ransom, age 42, of Spirit Lake was charged with violation of a no-contact order at approximately 1:10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20 in the 1300 block of 220th Street in Lake Park. A criminal complaint said law enforcement stopped the vehicle Ransom was driving and discovered a no-contact order was in place between Ransom and his passenger. Ransom was booked into the Dickinson County Jail at 12:50 a.m. the same day and held for another agency.
