Sioux Falls man to serve 60 days for fatal Lake Madison jet ski crash

Kent Duncan will serve a 56-day jail sentence, as well as four additional days over the Fourth of July holiday, in connection to the July 3, 2023, jet ski crash that killed a Sioux Falls teen.
