Sioux Falls man indicted on federal child pornography counts

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A federal grand jury indicts a Sioux Falls man on child pornography charges.
Peter Goth, 23, is charged with the transportation of child pornography and the distribution of child pornography.
The maximum prison sentence is 20 years.
Goth was indicted on July 7.
Goth is free on bond pending trial.

Acting United States Attorney Dennis Holmes announced that a Sioux  Falls, South Dakota, man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for  Transportation of Child Pornography and Distribution of Child Pornography.
