Singaporean filmmaker Anthony Chen will premiere new film The Breaking Ice at Cannes Film Festival in May

Anthony Chen's Ilo Ilo won the Caméra d'Or award at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival in France. This year's edition will run from May 16 to 27.
