Singapore Upbeat on Hong Kong Travel, But Don't Call it a Bubble

(Bloomberg) -- Singapore and Hong Kong are still trying to revive an agreement to allow quarantine-free travel between the two Asian financial hubs, which could be used as a model to open to more parts of the world, Singapore Health Minister Ong Ye Kung said.
