Singapore official charged for sending Panadol, luxury watches in diplomatic bags

Ministry of Foreign Affairs director general Gilbert Oh Hin Kwan was accused of mailing personal boxes containing Panadol and luxury watches in diplomatic bags to China and Singapore.
