A silver alert has been issued in Tulsa for 52-year-old Dale Foster.
Officials said he was last seen around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday near 66th and Riverside in an apartment. They said he was seen wearing light colored shirt and dark shorts.
Officials said the vehicle is a white 2017 Nissan Sentra with Texas license plate LHM1469.
They ask anyone with information to contact police.
