Sierra snowpack remains 241-254 percent of average

PHILLIPS STATIONS, Calif. - It is not normal for the Department of Water Resources (DWR) to conduct a May 1 snow survey at Phillips Station west of Lake Tahoe, but leave it to the winter of 2022/23 to provide enough snow to still be measured.
