Sidaway Bridge gets landmark status, raising hopes for redevelopment and green space – The Land

The Sidaway Bridge, which has been closed since the 1966 Hough Riots, is now a Cleveland landmark. In October, the bridge was added to the National Register of Historic Places. Advocates hope the recognition will spur improvements to the bridge and the land around it.
