MIDDLETOWN — Reducing the term limits for Common Council members is among the charter change recommendations that could be up for vote in November.
Voters are being encouraged to review the changes since the referendum questions will be presented in a pick-and-choose fashion on the ballot, according to Charter Review Commission Chairman Robert Blanchard.
