Shoosmiths Guides £13M Pension Deal For Construction Biz

A construction company has struck a £13 million ($14.6 million) agreement with Legal & General Assurance Society Ltd. to cover the benefits of all members of its pension scheme, the insurer said Thursday, in a deal led by Shoosmiths LLP.
