Shiv Nadar tops philanthropy list with ₹2,042-crore donations

Shiv Nadar, founder of HCL Technologies, has retained the top spot as the leading Indian philanthropist, donating ₹2,042 crore annually, according to a report. Azim Premji, Mukesh Ambani, and Kumar Mangalam Birla also feature in the top four positions. The top 10 philanthropists collectively donated ₹5,806 crore in 2022-23, a significant increase from the previous year.
